The sauce is made in a cast iron skillet until it glows orange and rusty, like a lump from the furnace of Hell! The chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Served on Texas Toast with melted Pepper Jack cheese and kryptonite green pickles ( bread & butter pickles )
